The Trades

Increasing numbers of mature students are coming to Australia to acquire the valuable skills and qualifications required to migrate to Australia as a skilled tradesperson.

Our student visa team works closely with trades training colleges able to offer intensive 2 year courses in bricklaying, solid plastering and roof tiling.

“Bricklayer, Solid Plasterer and Roof Tiler” are occupations currently listed on the Migration Occupations in Demand List. Successful candidates are awarded an Australian Certificate IV, which can be used to obtain trades recognition in Australia.

The trades training courses provide an excellent mix of classroom based, practical and paid “on the job” training.

IT Training

Our team also works closely with a specialized Perth based business college offering dynamic one and two year training programs in the fields of IT and business. The college delivers internationally recognized industry certification including CISCO, Comp TIA, Linux, Microsoft and Business and only accepts students who meet their rigid selection criteria.

The college has well established internship arrangements with commercial trading partners including Western Power, Woodside Petroleum and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and can often help students to find a sponsorship after graduating from a qualifying course.
